San Vicente provides behavioral health services at our clinics located at 8061 Alameda, 10780 Pebble Hills suite G1, and at our Healthcare for the Homeless clinic located at 1208 Myrtle Avenue.
Services are provided by Psychotherapist, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. Psychotherapist provide diagnosis, treatment, consulting, and psychotherapy for ages 12 and above. When the patient is a child the immediate family of patients is actively involved in treatment planning and therapy. Mental Health Nurse Practitioners provide diagnosis, consulting and medication management for adults 18 and above.
Our mental health providers consult regularly with the patient's Primary Care Provider to coordinate care. The approach selected is the one that best matches the needs of the individual client. Our collaborative approach to treatment empowers patients, and their families by educating them about treatment options and support.
