The Staff Physician will provide primary healthcare to patients.

As a member of the Centro San Vicente’s Specialty Clinics and primary health care team, the Linkage to Care Specialist will focus on linking people recently diagnosed with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis C, and Syphilis to medical care. The Linkage to Care Specialist will assist the rendering provider and supervising nurse with the STI Express Clinic, HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) clinic, and non-occupational HIV Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (nPEP) services, while educating and facilitating care coordination and follow-up interventions in a safe and empowering manner. The Linkage to Care Specialist will assist in data collection, management and reporting such as patient surveys, and collaborating with the local Health Department. At the same time, the Linkage to Care Specialist will engage in in/outreach activities, brief intervention sessions, and graduated disengagement to ensure those newly diagnosed have access to necessary care and support services. This role promotes routine screening for HIV, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis as a standard of care at Centro San Vicente, aiming to reduce the number of undiagnosed individuals and late diagnoses. Additionally, the Linkage to Care Specialist will educate health center staff and the patient population on the importance of testing to change public perceptions that may hinder individuals from seeking testing and treatment. Through these collaborative efforts, this position will ensure that newly diagnosed individuals receive the support and resources they need.

Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Specialist will assist the Facilities Manager in the upkeep, compliance, and building maintenance to include House-Keeping of the Facilities Management Department at all clinical sites.

Under the supervision of the Business Office Supervisor, performs all duties related to charging patients, verifying insurance coverage, customer service, and collections.

Under the supervision of the Dental Services Manager, responsible for performing professional dental care in the field of dental assisting, including all related clinical procedures. Assist with the responsibilities for clinical and community dental health education activities.

The Dental Office Manager is responsible for supporting and supervising all administrative duties in a dental office as well as for the management of staff meetings, staff schedules, office budgets and regulatory compliance.

The Licensed Vocational Nurse performs basic nursing functions within the clinical setting and management of patient follow up. Activities of the Licensed Vocational Nurse are performed under the supervision of the RN and Nurse Manager.

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant will provide primary healthcare to patients.

El Trabajador Comunitario de Salud de la Clínica Transiciones (CHW, por sus siglas en inglés) brindará servicios de extensión, asesoramiento, navegación y manejo de casos a los presos recientemente liberados con enfermedades crónicas, incluidos aquellos afectados por sustancias y/o problemas de salud mental que se presentan o son reclutados por el Programa de la Clínica Transiciones en el Centro San Vicente en El Paso, TX.

El Supervisor de Clínica de Enfermería Vocacional Licenciada está bajo la supervisión del Gerente de Enfermería y/o Enfermera Registrada y sirve como supervisor inmediato en el sitio del personal de enfermería (Asistentes Médicos, Secretarios Médicos, y Referencias) para el sitio.

Bajo la supervisión directa de la sección LVN y/o RN Supervisor de Clínica, el Asistente Médico es asignado a un Proveedor para que asista en la prestación de la atención clínica diaria a los pacientes.

El Supervisor de la Clínica de Enfermería Vocacional Licenciada, reportando al Gerente de Enfermería o Enfermera Registrada, supervisa al personal de enfermería en el lugar, administra el seguimiento del paciente, aplica las políticas de la clínica y es responsable de dispensar medicamentos de la Farmacia clase D, con tareas relacionadas con la farmacia supervisadas directamente por el Farmacéutico y el Oficial Médico Jefe.
